Complete 66" (1680mm) wide production line for producing non-woven chemically bonded fabrics typically in the weight range from 20-400gsm using a lap feed and a saturation chemical bonding process. Line speeds are between 5-10 mts/min depending on product weight. The line is fully operational and can be seen running until 19th December 2003. Samples of web or fabric can be provided to prospective buyers. The line consists of the following sections :- * Lap feeding conveyor * Rando-Webber 66" wide complete with control panel containing variable speed DC drivers for the whole line * External suction fans * Saturation bath, stainless steel chemical binder mixing tank, vacuum slot, vacuum pump, liquid separator tanks, mono pump and connecting pipework * 3 Bay steam heated thermostatically controlled teflon/glass belt type curing oven fitted with 6 circulating fans. Typically operating temperatures are 120-160 degree C * 'A' frame batcher wind up with constant tension DC control * Spare parts include vacuum pump, licerin, sable, seals etc. Also available is a Rando feeder hopper which can be used instead of lap feeding.
